iPad won't connect to the App Store at all. It's not my wifi because iPad mini works just fine. I have tried changing the date, hard reset, logging out then logging back in, and still nothing!

I can find it just fine searching "my app name" the store on my iPhone, but doing so on an iPad results in the app not showing up in the results. If I search "my name" in the app store on iPad, then the app does show up. I can download it onto the iPad, and everything works as expected. On the App Store page for my app, the compatibility says:
